We hope that your purchase meets and exceeds your expectations; otherwise, you are welcome to return the unopened, unworn item(s) for EXCHANGE or MERCHANDISE CREDIT.  ALL DISCOUNTED/SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED. We do not offer refunds.

All returned packages must be received by our Returns Department within 28 days from the date your order is delivered. Eligible returns must be in original unopened packaging and must have all original tags attached and will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered, washed or damaged. Ineligible returns will be shipped back to the sender at the purchaser’s expense.
Holiday gifts purchased between November 17th and December 24th must be received by our Returns Department by January 10th the following year. Valentine’s gifts purchased between January 15th and February 14th must be received by February 28th.

SPECIAL NOTATIONS:
  • Due to the delicate nature of our products, please take care when returning items to us. Papilio reserves the right to refuse any package that is poorly packaged or damaged and by way rendering the items unsellable.
  • If an item is soiled, damaged, washed or if any of the tags or packaging have been removed, this item will be sent back to the purchaser at the purchaser’s expense.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Papilio does not offer price adjustments.
  • In the case that defective merchandise is received, Papilio is happy to provide a replacement of the same style and size, provided the return meets all other standard return guidelines.
Exchanges

To ensure the item(s) you wish to exchange for does not sell out, please contact us via email to place the item(s) on hold. Exchanges must be made within 28 days from the time you receive your package.
Once you have selected an exchange item(s), please provide the style name, size, and color via one of the following options:
Online: Email your list of exchange item(s) to customer.service@papiliostores.com.
By Mail: Include the Exchange Form with your exchange package and send it to 1336 Moorpark Road, Suite 171, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360.
To ensure accurate exchange processing, please fill out the Exchange Form included in your package, Order Number, contact information, and the item(s) you are returning to Papilio. Include this form with the returning merchandise. You may also detach and keep the packing slip for your records. Once your exchange is processed, an exchange confirmation email will be sent to the email address indicated on the Exchange Form.
If the price of the exchanged item(s) is greater than the amount of the returned item(s), the balance can be charged to the credit card indicated on the Exchange Form. If the price of the exchange is less than the original item(s), the remaining amount will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit.
Please allow up to three (3) business days from the time we receive your package for your exchange to be processed.

Merchandise Credit

To ensure that proper merchandise credit is applied, please fill out the Exchange Form included in your package, listing your Order Number, contact information, and the item(s) you are returning to Papilio. Include this form with the returning merchandise. Detach and keep the packing slip for your records. Returns must be made within 28 days from the time you receive your package.
A merchandise credit will be issued for all returned item(s) with an expiration of one year from the date of issue. An email will be sent to the original purchaser, or person otherwise specified on the Exchange Form, with the merchandise credit code and how to use it online.
Please allow up to three (3) business days from the time we receive your package for your return to be processed.

Packaging Items for Exchanges
    • Please make sure that all items are in their original, unopened packaging, that all tags are attached, and garments are in their original condition.
    • Please make sure that the items have not been worn, washed or altered in any way.
    • As some items are delicate in nature, please take care when packaging your return.
